Program

The dinner will be in the Tabaret building Hall Huguette Labelle 112.

Buffet: Navy Bean Bisque w/ Roasted Corn – Bannock Bread - Salads - Canadian Barley w/ Dried Fruits - Wild Grown greens w/ Choke Cherrie Vinaigrette - Roasted Field Beets w/ Maple dressing  - Boudain Blanc - Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon - Gnocchi w/ Forest Mushroom Ragout - Seasonal vegetables & Chef’s Potato’s- Wild Berry Clafoutis
