Fereshteh Modaresi’s PhD defense

Well done to Fereshteh Modaresi who successfully defended her PhD thesis, “Bare nouns in Persian: Interpretation, grammar, and prosody” on On April 22, 2014. This was a coutelle between the University of Ottawa and Humboldt University in Berlin.

Her Phd supervisors where Rob Truswell (U Ottawa) and Manfred Krifka (Humboldt U).

Dr. Joseph Roy!
