Permafrost in the eastern Canadian sub-Arctic/Arctic transition
Doctoral project under the supervision of Dr. Antoni Lewkowicz at the University of Ottawa. This project involves both field data collection, gis modelling, remote sensing and thermal modelling. The details and rationale for this project are described in the following poster. This project will continue into the forseeable future. The project’s research proposal can be found here. The Glaciers of the Torngat Mountains of northern Labrador
The Torngat Glacier project was my MSc work under the supervision of Dr. Trevor Bell and Dr. Nicholas Barrand undertaken at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Culminated in a full MSc thesis, an edited book chapter and a two refereed publications. An additional manuscript is in preparation for submission to a journal.

Coverage Bias in ‘Global’ Temperature Products
Collaborative research project with Dr. Kevin Cowtan at the University of York, United Kingdom that has resulted in a two major peer reviewed publications.

Characterizing Multi-scale Climate Variability in northeastern Canada
Collaborative research project with Dr. Andre Viau at the Laboratory for Paleoclimatology and Climatology at the University of Ottawa that has resulted in one peer reviewed publication.

Paleo-Reconstruction of the Past 2,000 Years from Pollen Records
Collaborative research project with various members of the Laboratory for Paleoclimatology and Climatology at the University of Ottawa.
